Yesterday after lunch Parker made brownies. When they were done and we went to get them, Sarah sat in Parker’s kitchen table seat and said she wanted to see what it was like to be Parker. We then all sat in someone else’s seat and pretended like we were them.
- I was Jackson and I leaned back on my chair and asked rhetorical questions like, “But is it really?”
- Elly sat in my chair and ate really fast and asked everyone to tell them about their day.
- Parker sat in mom’s chair and told Sarah she was eating wrong.
- Sarah took the house down. She was in Parker’s chair. She kept trying to eat her whole brownie in one piece with it all on the fork. When a piece fell off she sucked it up in her mouth after putting her mouth on the table. When Parker (who was pretending to be Sarah) said something, she quickly jumped in and said, “technically, that’s not true!”
We were all laughing so much. It was a really fun couple minutes. Even though we were laughing at each other we were being kind. It made me laugh and I’m smiling as I think about it.
