This weekend we made a quick trip of driving down to Nashville to see Nate Bargatze and his podcast crew live. It was a lot of fun to go to a big event like that.
At the beginning of the trip I was really focused on my new car and the driving aspect of the trip. I didn’t want people to complain about the charging and I was distracted by the charging aspect of the trip.
But once I realized that I tried harder to enjoy the time we spent together as a family.
Sarah is always really good at remembering to enjoy the time we are spending together as a family. She seems to naturally be wired that way and I love it because it reminds me to do it. Sometimes I get too caught up in the operational part of making life’s trains run on time that I forget that part.
