We took this long weekend to visit Fargo in North Dakota. ND was one of our 6 states left, so we packed up and stopped on the way at the Dells in WI, got a Cranberry Bog tour in WI, and the Mall of America in MN.
The trip was a lot of fun. Some highlights were:
- Jackson drove a lot of the time!
- We saw a super cool Viking ship that a dude built in the 70s
- We saw a super cool wooden Norwegian church that a dude built in the 90s
- We ate Dilly bars at the DQ where Dilly bars were invented
I was super happy to be able to spend time with the family just being with them. There were no distractions, nothing to do, and we just got to spend time with each other.
I’m so grateful that we can get along so well and spend so much time with each other while being in a good mood. I think our kids and Sarah are great at spending time with each other and being with each other.
Even in the hotel, in a cramped space, we all seem to be able to be productive with each other. What a blessing!
