This was the type of card that our computer could print out…I invited people to my baptism with this.
The church always had a memorial day picnic at this park. We would get their early with dad because the reservation was first-come-first-serve. We’d build a huge log fire in the fireplace and then when everyone got there we’d have a huge breakfast and then play games.
Our first dog was “Lady Wendy of Bradford” – a sheltie.
I was a big Dale Murphy fan because he was a member of the church and I loved baseball. One year he came to our church when he was in town to play the Reds. I was so excited that I got up during testimony meeting and said, “I know Dale Murphy is true.” So he found me after church and gave this to me.
My mom made my elf outfit for my part in the school Christmas play. She also convinced me to wear makeup!
One year for our family Christmas play we did a puppet show. We kept that puppet stage for years and did puppet shows with it for fun.
